Vinamilk與菲律賓Del Monte Philippines, Inc. (DMPI)成立的聯營公司 ，Del Monte-Vinamilk第1階段總投資金額為600萬美元，各出資50%

越南乳製品股份公司（Vinamilk）與其在菲律賓的合資夥伴Del Monte Philippines, Inc.各出資50%所成立的聯營公司，Del Monte-Vinamilk於10月19日上午召開產品發布會，向菲律賓消費者介紹該公司的品牌識別以及發布首批4種乳品系列產品。
新發布的4種乳品包括 ：Del Monte-Vinamilk鮮乳、IQ Smart™營養奶、優酪乳和Tea Bliss奶茶。 產品將在菲律賓的主要超市如Puregold 和SVI Group、零售店以及Del Monte在Shopee和Lazada上的官方商店販售。
今（2021）年9月份，Vinamilk為Del Monte-Vinamilk聯營公司生產了首批價值超過100萬美元的產品並出口至菲律賓，聯營公司預估第一年的營收近900萬美元，到中期階段的年復合增長率約50%。
菲律賓是 Vinamilk在海外投資的第5個國家，該公司在其他國家以成立子公司或跟當地公司聯營的方式投資的還包括: Driftwood Dairy Holding Corporation（美國）、 Angkor Dairy Products Co., Ltd（柬埔寨）、Vinamilk Europe sp.zoo（波蘭）、Lao-Jagro Development Xiengkhouang Company. Co., Ltd （寮國）。 至於 Vinamilk Europe sp.z.o.o，Vinamilk的董事會已決定在2020 年11月解散。 海外業務每年為 Vinamilk的營收和毛利貢獻約14-15%。
