<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px">與去年同期相比，胡志明市公寓的供給跟銷售在今年第一季分別下滑 47％和 60％，但售價卻平均上漲 9％。市場即將推出有 4個大建案，其中 Vinhomes Grand Park建案的規模有 44,000 戶之多。</p>

<h6 class="wp-block-heading"> 越南財經新聞編譯 </h6>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px">在過去的兩年，胡志明市房產市場的主要瓶頸一直是缺少供應量，原因是相關法律法規不周全和執法方面的問題所造成。 而後果是2019年僅一個建案得到投資準，比上一年減少了12個項目。 “批准投資且認可投資人”的建案則只有4個，比前一年減少了24個項目。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px">因此, 這次市政府跟36家企業對話的目的是希望能幫企業排除他們目前所遭遇到的困難 。 </p>
