<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:16px">越南房地產經紀協會表示，在市場上銷售的18,000單位Condotel主要是之前的庫存。 2020年的前9個月，<a href="https://vneconnews.com/%e6%b8%85%e6%9f%a5%e5%96%ae%e4%bd%8d%e5%bb%ba%e8%ad%b0%e6%9a%ab%e5%81%9ccondotel%e5%bb%ba%e9%80%a0%e5%9f%b7%e7%85%a7%e7%9a%84%e7%99%bc%e6%94%be/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Condotel交易市場幾乎是被凍結</a>。 市場在2020年第4季開始出現復甦跡象，但交易量仍顯得微不足道，全國全年僅完成120宗交易。越南房地產經紀協會副會長Nguyen Van Dinh表示，Condotel交易停滯的其中一個原因是旅遊業受到新冠肺炎疫情衝擊關係，致大部分旅遊景點及住宿地方都被封閉。另外是政府對於公寓式酒店的政策在2020年仍有很多不確定性，導致多個公寓式酒店建案一直無法動工興建。</p>
