<p style="font-size:16px">經濟學專家Can Van Luc博士在一場有關消費性金融的座談會上透露：截至2020年底<strong>，</strong>消費性信用貸款總餘額近1,800萬億越盾，占整個經濟體總貸款餘額約20％，是2012年（約8％）的2.5倍。當中，住宅不動產信貸約1千萬億越盾，佔55.5％，按政府規定，從2019年起，該類消費性信貸將列為房地產信貸。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">據Luc博士表示，消費性信用貸款（包括住宅不動產信貸）在過去5年中每年增長約20%，比一般信貸每年增長15.4%來得高。但如果將住宅不動產信貸部分扣除，則越南的消費性信用貸款僅約8百萬億越盾，占整個經濟體總貸款餘額約8.7％，遠低於韓國、馬來西亞、中國、泰國和印度尼西亞等國家。</p>
